The countdown to your dream vacation is almost complete. The long-awaited Disney experience is now only a handful of days away. Now that you have the itineraries, made the reservations, and purchased the tickets, there is only one thing left for you to do — you need to figure out the right Items to pack when traveling to Disney!
Packing for a Disney trip can seem daunting, but worry not! Thankfully for y’all, this guide will provide an extensive breakdown of necessities to bring and extras that you could also pack for some additional comfort and enjoyment.
If you’re ready to plan that dream vacation, be sure to book with Casey Davis at Park & Palm Travel at no additional cost to you.
Whether you are packing for just yourself or a family of six, daily essentials like clothing, bathroom necessities, travel accessories, and Disney tickets all need to be remembered.
Furthermore, be mindful of the types of experiences you are looking forward to having and reservations you made. If you have reservations for a fancy dinner, for example, pack a dressy outfit for the occasion. Let’s touch on these essentials.
In terms of clothing, you should pack one comfortable outfit for every day you plan to be at Disney. It is also a great idea to pack an extra outfit in case of spills, accidents, or unpredictable weather. Depending on the period of time I stay at the park, sometimes I wear one outfit during the day, return to the resort for a break late-afternoon, and change into another outfit for the evening. While it may go without saying, underclothing and socks should also be packed, a minimum of one set for each day. A few extras are always wise.
While traveling or hanging out in the hotel room, having snacks on hand is always a great idea, especially if traveling with children. I like to get an Instacart order delivered on arrival day so that I’m not having to carry this with us on the way there or go to the groceries store once we arrive.
When bringing food, it is also a great idea to pack or order some single-use and reusable kitchen essentials to simplify snacking and eating on the go. Paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins, plastic cups, paper towels, and refillable water bottles would be helpful when eating and drinking on the road or in a hotel room.
If you are traveling with babies or children, you should include sippy cups, bottles, dish soap, bottle brushes, dish drying mats, and children’s snack cups. Having the essentials on hand to wash these dishes is important and should also be packed.
Whether you are traveling by car or airplane, there are many important things that cannot be forgotten.
